This Warranty Agreement outlines the terms under which we stand behind our work with absolute confidence and how we ensure your complete satisfaction—without compromise. By booking a service through our websites at https://www.ceramiccoatingcar.com/ and https://bergermobiledetailing.com/, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

This Satisfaction Guarantee remains valid for 7 calendar days following the completion of your ceramic coating service. To qualify for a re-service, refund, or any remedy, you must report any concern:

  • Within 48 hours of discovering the issue, and

  • No later than 7 days after your appointment completion date Concerns submitted outside this time frame will not be eligible under this guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with the service quality or visible outcome, we will, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following:

  1. A full or partial refund of the service fee

  2. A no-cost re-service appointment to address the issue

  3. A fair alternative resolution deemed appropriate by our management team

Note: Claims must be based on clear, reasonable service expectations. Proof such as photos or videos may be requested. General or vague dissatisfaction without merit may not qualify for a remedy.

This 100% Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover the following:

  • Issues caused by improper care or failure to follow post-service instructions

  • Environmental damage such as sap, bird droppings, or road salt post-service

  • Pre-existing conditions or deterioration that was documented or noted prior to service

  • Situations where the vehicle was not present or accessible at the scheduled time

  • Delays or cancellations caused by weather, traffic, or acts of nature We reserve the right to decline guarantee coverage for abusive, fraudulent, or unreasonable claims.

To initiate a satisfaction guarantee claim, you must:

  2. Include your name, service date, and detailed explanation of your concern

  3. Attach any photo/video evidence for review All claims will be reviewed within 2 business days. If approved, the selected remedy will be scheduled or processed promptly.
